<p>We&#8217;re hiring a senior backend engineer to join our senior team in Remote (India). You&#8217;ll work alongside a Lead AI Architect and a small group of senior engineers to ship enterprise-grade software engineering for clients across healthcare, finance, retail, and logistics.</p>

<li>Own delivery on software engineering projects from kickoff to production.</li>
<li>Pair with senior architects on design decisions and code reviews.</li>
<li>Write production-grade code, with tests and documentation.</li>
<li>Communicate progress and blockers clearly to internal leads and clients.</li>
<li>Contribute to internal tooling, playbooks, and engineering standards.</li>

<li>5 – 8 years of professional experience shipping production software.</li>
<li>Strong fundamentals in software engineering — data structures, system design, code quality.</li>
<li>Comfortable navigating ambiguity in early-stage problem framing.</li>
<li>Excellent written and spoken English — most of our clients are global.</li>
<li>A track record of delivery — links to GitHub, side projects, or client-facing work welcome.</li>
